Trying to learn how to analyze data, some initial help would be much appreciated!
Hi all, a short while ago I took a WatchPat home sleep study and was diagnosed with OSA (AHI of 13.3, RDI of 17.9), so I purchased an AirSense 11 APAP and started using it. In the meantime, I am also waiting on actual results of an in-lab split sleep study I just took for diagnosis validation (I live in the US and wait times can be long, but I'm very lucky my insurance covered an in-lab test). Surprisingly, during my in-lab study they did not seem to see a need to put me on a CPAP machine that night for titration (maybe because I only have mild apnea?). Anyway, my appointment to discuss results with my doctor is not for a few months, so currently I have my APAP set to 4-12 cm H2O (seems to be working-ish). Was wondering if you all had any suggestions if I can further narrow my pressure range, or anything else you guys can think of that might be helpful for a newbie? I'm trying hard to learn how to analyze my own results, but I think that may take some time. Thank you in the meantime! I've attached a few OSCAR screenshots from the last week or two, apologies if my formatting isn't entirely correct!

Everything looks good. I wish everyone did that well at first. You do have some very high flow limits. FL are apnea just like O or H events they just are not long enough to be counted in your AHI(10 seconds or longer to be counted)
I would make some small changes. First turn off the ramp Next move the min to 7 set the EPR to full time set to 3. That shoujld take care of the FL...
