Different AHI results between two CPAP machines

RE: Different AHI results between two CPAP machines
Hi Arik - apart from the difference in data sets between the devices, did you feel different after using Loewenstein vs ResMed? For example, were you more tired in the mornings, or experience palpitations?
Thank you in advance for responding.  Karin

I have noticed that same between Phillips & Resmed ? Leaves the conspiracy theory, Resmed show lower AHI "don't detail count all Apnea's ? So market promote as better results Machine ha,ha are Buyers mugs think it as better Machine? What they say about 1 born every day ? Who really knows?

The funny thing about that is that PR's flex appears to be less effective than ResMed's EPR at reducing obstructive events. Also ResMed's algorithms have appeared to much faster acting than PR's.

I have a preference for ResMed devices as they IMHO generally produce better results than PR devices.

PR has advanced dow the road of implementing systems where the detailed data can only be accessed by medical professionals using proprietary PR systems that they have to pay for. For me personally this eliminates PR from my personal recommendations.
