Do I have UARS?
#1
Do I have UARS?
Here’s my profile. Healthy BMI. Normal AHI. Constant daytime fatigue - not sleepiness, frequent onset insomnia + maintenance insomnia.

Almost no > 0.1 flow limits picked up by PAP machine, however my understanding is that PAP machines suck at detecting UARS-associated flow limits because they’re too subtle.

Throughout the night perhaps 50% of my inspirations are flat-shaped.

I wake up 5x per night without apparent reason and always in the middle of a dream (REM stage). Every time I fall back asleep, my breathing becomes chaotic after ~30 min and remains so for 30-40 min, then I wake up. I assume the loosening of my airway muscles during REM causes that messed up breathing.

Question: does it sound like I have UARS? (I think so but it’d be nice if a more experienced folks could provide further input)

(awakening at around 8:21am)

Sorry I forgot to include that. I use AirSense 10. The OSCAR data I shared was with pressure 8 but same picture with pressure 6, 10 or 11. Machine's stats (AHI, OA, CA etc) are, I would assume, not relevant here since I don't have OSA. I also suspect the machine can't detect my flow limitations because they're too subtle.
