Dreamstation AutoPAP Service Required 032318 - 05330
Early this morning we had a short power blip (2 seconds) and my wife's Dreamstation AutoPAP went off and when it came back on it had a message:
Service Required
032318 - 05330

She got her machine through her sleep doctor, who wasn't in the office today.  I was hoping someone could shed some light on this error code for me. I"ve looked through the service manual and can't seem to find this code listed.  And since I don't have access to their software nor do I have the adapter module I can't pull codes from the machine that could be cross referenced in the service manual.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I hope it's still usable, to get her through until it can be replaced.

When I had a power outage, my DreamStation got a "white screen of death" (my wording... but my DME knew exactly what I was saying). I think it was caused by the surge when the power came back on. Thankfully it would still work (to sleep with), despite the screen not functioning.

Thankfully my DreamStation was under warranty, so my DME replaced it without a problem. In fact, they mailed me a replacement, and they paid for the postage for me to mail my original machine to them.

Since then, I religiously keep my CPAP on a surge protector!

Hopefully some of my story helps. Good luck. I hope your DME responds quickly.
