Dreamstation UK Noise

Dreamstation UK Noise
Hi all. I have an issue with my new dreamstation apap machine. It makes a weezing sound. Long story short. Ive always used a  Resmed device. The s9 and the airsense auto elite. Those things were so quite and peaceful. Long story short; I am from Belgium , but a couple of months ago i moved to the UK to be with the person that i love.
I had to return my beloved Resmed to the hospital in Belgium. I did my sleep study again in the UK and was diagnose with apnea again. My average pressure is around 8. The clinic/nhs only works with Respironics. They dont do resmed. First night i noticed how loud it was. In the morning my other half even complained about the noise wich never happened before when we were dating. Ive phoned up the hospital and phillips and they agreed to replace my device with another one. Thought i was unlucky and couple days later they replaced it. But it had the exact same sound. Rang them up again and they said that cpaps makes noise.
Things i tried was replacing filter, put a towel underneath it, i checked the tube on leaks, i tried using it without the humidifier. I used my beloved airfit p10 and my new dreamwhisp mask.Turned Flex off, No change in sound.
I did some research, some people say a 22mm wide tube and an anti bacteria filter would help with the sound. Anyone got experience with this?
Sorry for my spelling btw

I've not had a DreamStation for a while nor for very long, but members post about noises that seems like what you're dealing with. I don't recall if it's a defect or if this is Respironics normal sound. Some other members will post on this that are armed with more info.

PS upon listening to your sample, that sounds irritating. I hope that's not the normal sound. I suppose you've checked the hose, humidifier, and lid for being fully seated
