[Equipment] Auto-CPAP vs. Bilevel?

I recently used one of those online prescription renewal services to get a fresh prescription. My original prescription was for Bi-level therapy with IPAP 18 and EPAP 14. 

The service wrote me a prescription for APAP (4 - 20cm)

Do to the nature of the service, I don't have a way to ask them a followup question so I was curious to get some opinions here if the 3cm EPR on the APAP would be a suitable substitute for what I have become accustomed with the Resmed S9 Bi-level or if I should go through the process again and be more adamant that the prescription be the same as my original.

No, do not accept. Bilevel is not APAP.

You want specifically to request the ResMed AirCurve VAuto, either 10 or 11 series will be fine, but the 10 series is tried and true. Call the supplier and demand the same level as your prior device. Otherwise refuse it and shop elsewhere.

They can't even give you proper settings, default 4-20 does not equal your old script. Refuse.
