[Equipment] Filters and Air Pressure Correlation

I cannot find information on how much air pressure is lost by air going through different types of CPAP filters or no filter.  Only general statements are made about filters.  

If you know the cm amount that answers any one of these questions, please respond.

1. By what cm amount would the pressure increase with no filter installed?
2. What is the increase in cm pressure when turning on AB filter mode on a ResMed machine?
3. How much cm is lost when using a ResMed brand hypoallergenic filter?
4. How much cm can be lost over time by a filter capturing particulates? (estimate)

The pressure loss would be determined by the flow rate.  If the machine is set properly it will correct for it.  At zero flow the pressure loss is zero, I don't know how much loss there would be for normal flow rates, but it would vary between inhaling and exhaling.  The pressure increase from turning on the AB feature is modeled by the machine based on flow rate, so it's not a constant number, but the pressure increase would be greater at high flow rates, and lower at low flow rates.
