The Movement value is from your oximeter. It must have an accelerometer in it that will sense movement and how much.

If you have a Viatom/Wellue, it has three accelerometers to detect movement in all three planes. it basically calculates a value from those sensors and reports it in 1/32 of G (which is the acceleration due to gravity, which is roughly 9.8m/s². So, if you have a movement value of 32, that means that your pulse oximeter calculated that your arm (at least).
Not sure on any other products, though. But this is what Viatom told me when I asked. |
