Is this the one you were referring to?  https://www.amazon.com/Galeith-Adapter-A...mfadid=adm.
I see that they have one for an AS11, too.

I wonder what the long term effect is on the motors. With so many layers the AS10-11 will have to ramp up the speed (higher Volts & Amps) by a fair amount to maintain output pressure.

When I first saw it, I thought about buying 2, one for each end of the CPAP. Then I could sing, :"M-I-C-K-E-Y". . . Big Grin

Why do so many Amazon reviews mention flatulence?

@CrimsoNape -- Yes. I didn't want to violate the linking rule to a selling site.

That's interesting, and it's not like $20.00 is going to bankrupt anyone.  Eat-popcorn

While effective for obstructive sleep apnea, CPAP therapy can sometimes lead to aerophagia (excessive air swallowing) and related symptoms like flatulence and bloating.

Aerophagia—or air swallowing—results in burping, abdominal distention, and discomfort, and oh my—flatulence! Aerophagia can develop during continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) use. But most CPAP patients do not openly complain of aerophagia symptoms, and clinicians may not specifically ask about it. Furthermore, there is minimal literature available concerning CPAP-related aerophagia and its consequences.  CPAP-Related Aerophagia: Awareness First! - PMC  CPAP-Related Aerophagia: Awareness First! | Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine

I've never had either (flatulence or bloating) when it comes to CPAP use.

Wish that I could say the same about Taco Bell, when we go there for lunch............... Oh-jeez
