I have been using the P30i quite successfully for some time, but for whatever reason I'm suddenly getting a lot of leaking around the pillows.  I tried tightening my straps, thinking maybe they have stretched out a little over time, but it isn't really helping, and if I go any tighter it's uncomfortable.

I'm wondering if maybe switching to a different size pillow would help, but I can't find any information about what is actually different about the sizes.  Are the pillows farther apart on the larger?  Are they bigger for bigger nostrils?  I'm currently using the medium size and it FEELS like maybe if they were a little smaller then they might fit into my nostrils better, providing a better seal.  I will have to pay out of pocket to try a different size, which is fine, but I would rather not have to buy both large and small to test them if I can get some insight about what's actually changing between the sizes.

Did you throw away the S and L that came in the bag with the mask?

I can say to me the L look gigantic. I just measured them as I am returning the P30i tomorrow to exchange for a spare Swift FX.

The S are 2.4 cm on the long measurement of the oval shape
The M are 2.7 cm
The L are 3.0 cm

The L are almost as wide as the S are long.

It is hard to measure because they are curved but the distances between the "stems" of the pillow (they are basically shaped like mushrooms) are quite similar. There is less room between the stem and the connector but not really due to the space between them but more due to the stem is much wider. It makes sense that even with large nostrils the distance on the nose between the nostrils can't be that much or any more.

I don't remember ever having all three sizes, maybe the place that fitted me originally didn't send me home with them all because we figured the medium fit the best?  Not really sure.  Thank you for the measurements!

The first one I got from the clinic had three pillows for sizing. I've had it for far longer than the three months they recommend, but it's time. I asked the clinician about the ordering process and she explained how it works there. For my coverage at least, Apria has an Rx record from the clinic (which must have been old). She corrected it and said the order would be for one size. 

While I was there to confirm what would be needed (there was a sizing chart with it, but I wasn't sure how to interpret it). She said I'd be small, but I've been using the medium because one nasal cavity is less wide than the other and I was feeling like I wasn't getting enough air (with other masks also; no thanks to the nasal spray I sometimes need to use that makes some of the inside skin thicken, but it's not totally from that). I just have to sometimes adjust the M so the holes are in the right spots.

After quite a lot of digging I found this P30i size guide on Reddit, apparently put together by the CPAP store. Not sure how helpful it is, possibly Rickyricardo's measurements are more helpful!
