Resmed ClimateLineAir with ResMed AirSense 10 Side Cover
Are there any issues using the Resmed ClimateLineAir tubing with with ResMed AirSense 10 Side Cover instead of the humidifying tub?
I have turned off the humidity function and tube temperature temp function.

Did you try it? That's probably the easiest way to find out. I'd be surprised if you had issues, but even if you get an error message the machine should at least work.
In the worst possible situation you would have to put some finger nail polish or the like on the connectors on the tubing. Or just buy a slimline tube on Amazon for about $20 US.

I tried it and it works, I just want to make sure no damage is done by using the wrong tubing type.

If you're turning both heated hose and humidifier settings to Off, then it should be OK.

RE: Resmed ClimateLineAir with ResMed AirSense 10 Side Cover
There is no issue with the side cover, the tube heat will still work. The side plate has a small magnet in it that tells the machine there is no water tub so its smart enough to turn off the humidity heater. I got the side plate to use when traveling to reduce the size.
