[Equipment] Resmed N30i/P30i headgear sleeve issues

Hello.
I am hoping someone else has had this issue, too.  I found out through this forum, that the headgear sleeves on the sides are not to be removed, but they are leaving dark marks on my pillow.  I shower each night and can't imagine I am that filthy :

My question is if anyone else has had this issue and then if anyone uses sleeve covers over the ones on the headgear.

On the first set of P30i headgear I had, the first time I took the sleeves off to wash them, I had a tough time putting them back on. So I never did. No problem, never noticed any difference.

On my current set, I've taken them off, washed them and managed to get them back on. It's a chore but managable.
