[Equipment] Retroactive time adjustment in OSCAR after travel with ResMed Air Sense 10

Retroactive time adjustment in OSCAR after travel with ResMed Air Sense 10
I recently travelled for 3 weeks with my ResMed Air Sense 10 and there was a 5 hour time difference (ahead). Upon returning home and loading my data into OSCAR, I noticed that the time was not recorded correctly. Is it possible to adjust the time within the OSCAR software? I would like to do this so my CPAP data is consistent with my oximeter data.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

You can reset the time in the clinician menus.  But there are some limitations.  My machine will allow me to advance the time but not set to an earlier time unless I do a clear data first.  Be sure to remove the SD card before you do this.  The ResMed machines don't know anything about daylight saving time so this time of the year its always set to an earlier hour.  Mine slowly looses time so I occasionally reset it ahead.  I also would not do this if your machine is new and still in the insurance lease period.

You can not set the time back if it contains data for that time period. If your time is 5 hours ahead of your current timezone, then you need to wait until after 6:00PM local time. The best would to be to wait until you're ready to go to bed and reset it at that time.

As far as OSCAR adjusting the time. OSCAR only has a global time change, meaning ALL data will be adjusted. The easiest would be to purge the oximetry data and adjust its time during the reimport to match the CPAP's reporting time.

Thanks for this information. I'll remember this the next time I travel.
