Which Dental Appliance is the Best?
I am considering getting a dental appliance. I have UARS, and I am a side sleeper. There are several options available. Any recommendations on past experience?

Go to a Dental Sleep Clinic, not your family dentist. You want to use someone who fits and helps users for a living meaning full time. In other words an expert.
Please realize that CPAP is the Gold Standard for treatment. I do definitely recognize Dental Appliances are an alternate treatment.
