This has happened that past two days and prior to that I was able to login and see ALL my CPAP data.
Anyone else having problems or issues with this? Please share if you have.

Was trying to get my CPAP data from the Philips website and after entering and confirming my password and my code sent to my smartphone to authenticate me, all I get is a blank screen, absolutely nothing on that screen, not even an error message.
This has happened that past two days and prior to that I was able to login and see ALL my CPAP data. Anyone else having problems or issues with this? Please share if you have. Thanks

Dreammapper
Just wondered if anyone else is having problems with the newest dreammapper software. At least twice a week i have to pair the app with the machine. And even when it stays paired I have to manually sync it every time. At least the previous version synced automatically when the app was launched.

So my iPhone updated to the most recent version and it seems to have placed my new Dreamstation 2 into the secondary spot and the primary is the old one. It hasn’t been able to update since Feb 5th-6th. There is no option to switch between the two and when it tries to sync, it gets to 40% and then quits out saying there most recent sync failed. Is anyone else having this problem??? Are there any fixes or workarounds?

Mine got to 40% and sat there for several min. I found when I kept the screen active and did not let the screen lock it finally finished but took several min to do it.

The only way for me to connect is it to delete the BT connected phone listing from the CPAP menu on the device itself – and then connect to it. This makes it unusable and when it does connect – the screen display of information is almost useless. The information displayed on my phone’s screen on the prior app was useful. It was easy to see the number of events, the type and other information. The new app doesn’t provide anywhere near the same level of that information. So I have a new app that doesn’t provide the same level of information; and never connects. Not an improvement at all. If there’s a way to go back to the old app I’d appreciate it. As it stands right now it’s been almost a week without any data which means my doctor isn’t getting any either.

I'm completely disgusted with this company. They took a perfectly good app and trashed it. Everything worked well; why redesign it? Nothing works anymore--my phone and device won't synch unless I go through 20 minutes of stumbling through the app and the phone at the same time and happen to hit on some combination that works. I have no idea what that combination is; it seemingly occurs randomly. I hardly even bother anymore, so go a week or two without any data. I have no idea what my sleep numbers are, and by the time I find them it's two weeks later and too late for them to be useful. Their email replies are always very late, and then they are boilerplate and useless.
I used to download my night's numbers every morning, and that were useful. Now, nothing. Would never get another Phillips machine, ever. Ever.

Worst app ever.....after unistalling app/unpair phone, reboot CPAP.... sometimes it works most of times doesn't.....sometimes syncs to 28% progress and then message reads: Sync Failed/Try Again. Good thing I only have a few more months with this device and then I Definitively will change the machine. Just sent an email to Philips support, will see if they respond.
