pinchdoodle - Therapy Help
[attachment=70186]
Recently got my Airsense 11 over a month ago and have been playing around with the settings. Still feel tired most of the days - maybe it's due to my settings or the adjustment period?
I'd like someone to help me interpret my sleep data to find the correct settings. Thanks in advanced!

RE: Help interpreting CPAP data
Welcome

Your starting pressure setting should be raised to at least 7.  I think you will probably need to raise it more, but start with 7.

I suggest that you turn ramp off.  You get no real therapy during ramp.

Raise your EPR setting to 3.  This helps lower flow limitations, which are short, unreported apneas, and it is best to get them as low as possible.

That should get you started.  Smile
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto
Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro

RE: Help interpreting CPAP data
Yeah, raise min pressure and narrow the APAP range to start. Collect a few days of data on those settings and then go from there. You're still waking up all night.

Huge leaks, not sure how to fix F20

Hi,

Can someone please help analyze my results. I have been having huge large leaks >20% a lot of the days. I am not sure what to really do, I've tried so many different masks and thought the F20 was a good fit - apparently not. I have messed around with the straps but it doesn't seem to change much. Any advice is welcomed because I am at a loss and not sure what to do.

RE: pinchdoodle - Therapy Help
pinchdoodle  -  Both of your threads were related to your therapy.  For this reason, I have merged them.  This provides the reader a history of your past settings and results.  Having the ability to see past attempts and their results will help to form better recommendations.  Additionally, it eliminates cross posting.  Please use this thread for all your therapy related posts. I have changed the thread title to, pinchdoodle - Therapy Help to be more inclusive.
