Welcome. They do not explain very much when you pick up a machine if my experience is anything to go by.
How to turn it on and start it and if you are lucky they show you how to put the mask on.
It was a lot of years now, but I got a machine in a new box, I had to take it to get set up with the pressure required, then had to go for a mask. The Sleep Nurse stuck a mask on my face, said "That look about right. This is how you put it in, this is how you start the machine, push this button. Any problems, give us a phone." I was handed a ticket with the phone number on it and that was it.
Mind you back in them days all they were interested in was did you use the machine and for how long and was you feeling tired?
Good to see you take an interest in your therapy so early on.
Keep at it, you will get there in the end, everything in small steps.
Any other questions, just ask and keep asking.
Good luck with your treatment.
Every journey, however large or small starts with the first step.
