Thanks for the warm welcome Trish6hundred!

Walla Walla,  time will tell, but your settings recommendation appear to have made a difference.  Will monitor going forward of course.  One of the best AHI results I've ever had, and probably more importantly (even with a shorter than normal sleep time last night), I feel more rested than usual!  One of those "I had a decent sleep" days ahead!!

We often see people using bilevel devices that have mostly CA events. They generally settle down with a reduced pressure support. You have a very nice comfortable machine. Like you, I can't tolerate more than 3 pressure support.

RE: Exhalation "Issues"
Well, as promised.  Checking in after some use on new settings.  Fantastic results (I think) based on how I feel.  On my old S9 Auto, I was NEVER below 5.0 AHI as well.  Last few days have all been below 1.0.  0.13 was lowest with almost no events.  Sleep was always somewhat disturbed on the S9, and as I mentioned, I always had some sort of "exhale" issue - like I was never getting a full exhale (which was the reason for the machine change).  I find breathing much more natural now and sleeping much better.

Anyways...here's the scoop!
