I've been using a Resmed Autoset 10 APAP for a bit over a month now and I've been getting very high AHI with 90%+ of the events being clear airway (CA). When I took my at-home sleep study I got a AASM AHI of 18.0 (7.1 from obstructive, 11.0 from hypopneas), with zero central apneas being detected. Can anyone tell me if these events in OSCAR look like legitimate central apneas/any advice or adjustments for the machine?
Subjectively, still not getting good sleep after using the APAP

Thanks for the welcome and advice, I will try upping the min pressure and turning off ramp.
I am indeed sleeping at high elevation typically, about 5k-6k ft.
Positional apnea is quite possible? I typically sleep on my back and a bit on my side.
I would imagine positional apnea would usually register as an obstructive apnea event though rather than a CA? I've only been diagnosed with sleep apnea/using CPAP recently, don't know how accurate the OSA/CA differentiation is.
Higher elevations may make CPAP users like yourself more sensitive to having CA. Any CA is caused in some way when a low amount of CO2 in the lungs delays a breath signal.
I'm not so sure about the Positional Apnea regarding your chart with high altitude begin present.
You may wish to discuss with your doctor that your CPAP therapy isn't comfortable (due to CA) and you'd like to try bilevel. You would then want to request the ResMed AirCurve 10 or 11 VAuto. It can avoid more CA than the AutoSet due to some timing controls like Trigger set to High.
This time control is not backup breath rate like the ASV or ST.
