Not sure what you mean by "tear ness". I have an F20 and the silicone pillow tends to yellow a bit with age. That's the only discoloration I get on it.

It's almost like there's bite marks(albeit tiny) rips in the foam always bottom left side

My F20 isn't the foam version. I don't have any experience with the mask you are speaking of. Try using an AirFit F20 and see if it serves you better.  Eat-popcorn

I have the F20 with foam. I do find the foam has the tendency to split on the nose bridge after about 5 weeks. It would probably last longer if I didn't wear my mask as tight as I don. My wife also uses the F20 and hers tears in the same place. Over all, I have had great luck with it.

I assume that you are using the AirTouch F20. That is the memory foam mask.
If you are getting some deterioration in the bottom corner of the mask, it may be due to "drool" in that area.
Every morning I clean that area with an unscented baby wipe. That removes any accumulitated mucous. You can't wash the foam in water, but baby wipes work fine. Do NOT use alchohol wipes. That will cause deterioration of the foam. That could also be your issue if you have used alcohol wipes.

my Airfit F20 has issues in that the "silicone" part comes away from the hard plastic frame its fixed to. This causes leakage. Not sure how long it should last
Happy sleeping
