I am sure Sleep Rider will comment. I dont use a Bilevel. Here is what I see.

Looks like it Positional Apnea to me. Lots of clustered events. You are all up against the Max pressure. Makes me think Positional. Although 12 isn't very high for a max mine is 14.

Are you on a thick pillow? Try a skinny flat one. Or Try a Collar.

So i dropped my max pressure to 11, turned off humidification and when with a smaller mask strap, to help with leaks.  AHI has dropped to 1.4, 0.7, and 2.3, the last three nights.  You are spot on with the positional issues.  I toss and turn and have been avoiding back sleeping whenever possible.
