Feeling more tired after 2mo CPAP
Hi all, I have been struggling with increased fatigue ever since I started CPAP usage 2 months ago and it has been really hard on me. I am praying that one day my life can be free of feeling tired all of the time. It has been quite disheartening because I was hopeful CPAP would finally make me feel better after I learned about my sleep apnea diagnosis (RDI: 16.8, AHI: 1.6). Now, I after 2 months, I don't know whether I need to tough it out hoping my body gets used to it or if I am doing something wrong.

I've been using a Resmed F20 Airfit (full face) mask with Resmed Airsense 11 machine at Pressure 7.8 (EPR: off). I've gathered data from my CPAP's SD card and normally I like data a lot but I'm not sure how to interpret it (I am too tired to analyze things).

I plan to discuss these findings with my doctor but thought it would be helpful to ask from experienced users here first because my doctor often gives just generalized advice. I'm truly grateful for any insights, advice, or shared experiences you can offer because sleep apnea has had a truly significant strain on me. Thank you all in advance!
