Finally slept with CPAP - any changes needed to settings?

Finally slept with CPAP - any changes needed to settings?
Hi,

I was finally able to sleep through the night with the CPAP on.

I think my numbers look good. Just wondering if there are any adjustments I have to make at this point.

I do have an oximeter that I wear as well with data attached.

Thanks!

How did you feel when you woke up?
Try not to chase numbers, but how you feel.
Can you post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted?

Please hide the calender, more settings will show.
Pin these charts also:
Flow rate
Leak Rate
Flow limits
Show the Pressure and Resp Rate, not Snore or AHI or those other two charts unless asked to show them.

You can uncheck the early sessions instead of zooming.
You need to go to File>preferences and the Clinical tab check the Permissive Mode and Apply on the bottom right.

Then you can uncheck the early sessions, in the bottom left of Oscar.

Can you change the Y-axis of the Flow rate graph from default to over ride and change the values to  -60 and 60? Right click on the right side of the graph to get that menu. That would show more detail.

Ok here is I hope what you requested. Thanks for looking at this.

Also I feel good when I woke up but usually feel good without the CPAP. I only seem to get tired closer to bed time.

No Central Apneas, good.
Can you uncheck the session in the lower left, missing the event info right now.
You can lose the Snore and AHI charts by unchecking them in the bottom right.

Your ramp is a bit too long, you get no therapy treatment during ramp, every time you restart the machine.
Try 5 minutes and bump the ramp pressure up to a minimum of 7 and you won't feel starved  for air when you restart your machine.
Good luck...
