First night OSCAR
Hi everyone,
I’m new to both the board and CPAP therapy.
After several nights of trying, I finally managed to sleep with it for a few hours last night.
I’d really appreciate your help in interpreting my first night of OSCAR data and any suggestions for adjustments to improve my results moving forward.

"Brand new members are limited as to what kind of attachments they can upload.  This is a spam prevention feature of the forum software.

New members are restricted to image files only (screenshots; bmp, gif, jpg etc).  Once you've made 4 posts and a few hours goes by, you'll automatically transition from the New Members group into the regular Members group, at which time you can upload other file types such as PDFs, etc."
