I'm guessing the RT is afraid you'll steal their job. Congrats on great success. While I was on BiPap (still waiting to get the ASV that is "in acquisition processing"), the pulmonary nurse I had to see because of an urgent need as the BiPap was making me much worse, I had told her that I have done adjustments and would continue to do so with guidance from her office and here at AB. Her only response was "you know how to adjust it?". And then the DME at that time was to wirelessly adjust the settings from that nurse office visit. I took the script into their office, requested a copy as I'd forgotten to get one earlier, and went home. Having seen the setting change did not take place, I put it in. I then called the DME to tell them I did the change for them. The tech I was talking to was like "OK thanks. That's one task I don't have to get to today." Call ended right after that.
