For some reason Oscar does not have a backup - Lowenstein
Still trying to learn the Oscar v1.60 software.
Found this issue when reset my profile data.
Just wondering if this is because as it is a Lowenstein 20A machine, which I understand is not fully support.

Has anyone else come across this. Thanks
