France Outlet Compatability

France Outlet Compatability
Anyone with experience using a CPAP or BiPap in France? The cord on my Philips Respironics BiPap has an adapter (black box) that includes this information: AC/DC Adapter  Input: 100-240V - 50/60Hz, 2.0-1.0A.  Output: : 12V - 6.67 A. I know I need a plug converter, but do I need a voltage converter as well?

No! you just need the plug adapter. Most of Europe has a 220V 60Hz power grid. Your little black box has a built in power converter circuit.
