Frustrating insomnia continues despite numbers

RE: Frustrating insomnia continues despite numbers
I went from sleeping through the night to fully waking up every hour, so it’s definitely not normal. Those intervals are me falling back asleep and then I take it off after meeting compliance since I just started 2 weeks ago. There is definitely something going on that is continuously waking me up from REM sleep; my RDI is 22 during REM while only 7 during NREM.
