I admit that I don't understand how the V-com works or why you are using it. The only thing I know is that the recommendation while using V-com, is to avoid using EPR, so I won't recommend you use EPR.
Your chart actually looks very good. The 95% flow limitation is reading 0.00. Very little leaking. Stay the course as long as you feel good and are sleeping well. If not, then a change may be needed.

Thanks for the reply, I got the V-com after watching a couple of videos by Jason lefty lanky and others , I do have trouble sleeping takes a while to get to sleep and wake up frequently and then have trouble getting back to sleep, I don’t really understand all the Oscar info , I thought if someone could have a look they might have some tips , I have never used EPR , ramp and don’t use the humidifier, I might post some more Oscar charts if that’s ok , with and without the V-com .
