In the Garmin cloud. Normal access is via Garmin Connect. Data dump can be requested. Comes in a zip file with subfolders containing JSON files mainly. There's also a proprietary(?) FIT format for your exercise files. These contain GPS type data.

As mentioned above there are several unofficial (Python, Java, plus more?) tools that can access your data from the Garmin cloud also.
