I read the description of the Glasgow Index but i never seen real number from people and how they feel or how well they sleep with that number.
My ahi is always under 1 and sometimes 0.0 but i struggle with sleep quality. I have Oscar and all that and overall things dont look too bad but my sleep is.
Anyway the best Glasgow index i ever had was 1.45.
Is that high among real pap users?
What number do you have? Help me find a reference, it will be useful info for others too im sure to see what index people get and how well they do.
