you can stay where you are if you want to. You aren't getting too much pressure, though you may be getting more than you had. The machine makes more noise breathing in than out. you really are breathing out.
how much flex are you using, you may feel more comfortable with a bit more
you still need to increase your pressure some more to treat your apnea. You also need to fix some leaks or if a nasal mask, mouth breathing?
There is no rush, you can take a month or more, to fine tune everything

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
