[Health] 5 years and counting

5 years and counting
Hello,

I've been using my CPAP (ResMed Airsense 10) religiously for more than 5 years now. I have yet to feel any positive reinforcement or affects from my therapy to date. Any information or advice would be of great help. If any info from me is needed, just ask. I typically use the myair app on my phone to check CPAP info, but want to be way more familiar with OSCAR info and how to best use it to hopefully get to less than 2 events per night and ultimately begin feeling rested instead of constantly exhausted. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Apnea Board!

First, be sure you have an SD card in your Apap while sleeping.

Now download OSCAR.  Use the links below in my signature line to guide you.

What we need to see is the Daily page.  Use the F12 key to take a Screenshot of the Daily page organized as shown in the link below.

Use the Attachment Feature to post a Screenshot here.  Someone will gladly take a look and advise.

I can't offer any tips or suggestions, but I know exactly what you are talking about. It's now been 3+ years for me.
