[Health] Back pain
#11
RE: Back pain
I noticed a difference when I switched back from the Simplus to the Nuance when I had surgery. The Nuance was easier to adjust which is why I switched back. I think between the strap putting pressure on a place my head didn't want, combined with a head position I twisted into in my sleep when I wore the FFM, my neck and back pain lessened. For some reason, when I wore the FFM, I would wake up a LOT of mornings with my head turned far to the right and looking up. The only thing I could think of was it got a better seal and the hose weight was less in that position.

The body is very interconnected. A change in a position in one limb can add or detract comfort to other limbs. Or back. Or neck. Or big toe.
