RE: Inconsistent sleep/wake time is associated with worse health
I've been aware of the science that says that inconsistent sleep schedules contribute to poor quality sleep, and that poor quality sleep has a negative impact on health.

I only skimmed the article, but it does note they're not addressing causality, so are just identifying correlations.
Caveats: I'm just a patient, with no medical training.

Good info. Interesting how sleep and health interact. If either is hindered so is the other.

ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF A PHYSICIAN BEFORE SEEKING TREATMENT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING SLEEP APNEA. INFORMATION POSTED ON THE APNEA BOARD WEBSITE AND FORUMS ARE PERSONAL OPINION ONLY AND NOT NECESSARILY A STATEMENT OF FACT.
