Help IDing this "crescendo–decrescendo + pause" flow-waveform
Hi everyone,
I’m digging through my oscar data and stumbled on a flow-time plot that looks odd.
Breath-to-breath amplitude ramps up, peaks, then ramps back down.
At the end of the downslope there’s a brief pause / near-apnoea (basically flat flow) before the whole cycle starts again.
I do struggle with fatigue and sudden awakenings, using currently CPAP (but will switch soon to BiLevel/ASV).

Is this the classic Cheyne-Stokes respiration (CSR) pattern?
