Help Optimizing CPAP Theraphy
Hi everyone,

I am fairly new to CPAP therapy and I would like to seek help in terms of optimizing my CPAP settings. I am currently using the Resmed P30i mask and pillows. EPR setting is 1 and min and max pressures are 7 and 12 respectively. Should I increase minimum pressure, disable EPR or leave everything as is?

Thanks, JG.

I suggest increasing the minimum pressure to 9 cm and using EPR=3 full-time,  standard response,  and ramp off.

You are doing well.  I would move EPR to 2 and raise the min 1.  Besides that I thank you are doing well.
