Hello

I am a little lost on how i need to read my results or improve my scores , can i have a little help ?
I am waking up fairly tired and i would like to have better sleep .

Based on these two night with 9.0-16.0 EPR 3 and 10.0-16.0 EPR 3, I think I like the lower pressure. Let's go with 9.0-12.0 EPR 2.
