Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
I've been having trouble with getting a good night's sleep, even with the CPAP - I've been trying to adjust the settings, and sometimes they do result in a better night's sleep, but after a few days sleep quality deteriorates again. HELP!

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
I suggest the follwing setting alterations.
Pressure min/max 12/14 cm. EPR=3 full time, and ramp off.

Thanks G. Szabo!
I tried as suggested over this week, and definitely feels better in the morning, however there is still some grogginess. Also noted that later on in the day I'll feel quite sleepy and doze off on the sofa on occasion! Attaching the last 3 days of data for reference. Any further ideas for tweaks? Thank you!!

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
I am happy for you.
To reduce your OAs, you should increase the min/max pressure to 13/15 cm while keeping the other settings the same.

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
Thanks for all the help so far! I'm still on the above settings, but I've been feeling quite tired in the morning (though not as bad as when I started - small victories!), and over the past few days in the evening I've been dozing off when watching TV etc. Uploaded the past 2 days of data - any ideas?

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
Your pressure is still a bit low, leading to OAs. I suggest trying Min/Max 14/16 cm and EPR=2 settings.
It would be best to reduce the leaks because of some of the triggered events.

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
Hi, reviving this thread. I've been on 14/16 and EPR = 2 for the last month. I've set humidity to 5 as well. I am still waking up tired, and it has been getting progressively worse. I did try adhesives to prevent mouth breathing as I found my mouth dry in the morning, but after I increased the humidity to 5, putting on the adhesives became a little intolerable so I stopped. I've attached the last 3 days (no adhesive), any ideas? I went to get my hair cut on Friday at 3pm and I could barely keep my eyes open!

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
You can try to return to EPR=3, which helps with the leaks. The downside is that your CAs can increase a bit. You might also want to try a different mask with a better seal.
Do you tape your mouth?

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
Sounds good, let me try that!
I did tape my mouth, and it worked for a while, then I moved the humidity up, and it made things worse. I tried taping again with the humidity switched down to 3 and it seemed to make things better - let's see over some time. Any other thoughts about taping? My mask is the ResMed AirFit N20, any suggestions for another mask that I could try?

RE: Help - not feeling rested in the morning!
Your leaks might increase when you turn to your side with the mask you are using. Have you tried a CPAP pillow with a cradle for your mask?
