Help on analyzing my OSCAR results

Help on analyzing my OSCAR results
Hi everyone,

As an introduction, I have 40 and have dealt with sleep issues / feeling of tired, since I was teenager.
However, no doctor has authorized me a CPAP machine.
So I bought one 2 months ago, and managed everything on my own. Things going much better since then.

I come to have low IAH result, but I still not feel very good.
I try to analyze Oscar results, but apart information such as *Event flags *Flow rate *Leak rate,
I don't see really how to take the other information.

If someone has some advice, of maybe something obvious in my data, i'd be really gratefull.
(For instance, how to understand the Hypopnea?)
Thanks!
Olivier

PS:
Machine settings: constant pressure of 11.8 / EPR of 1 / no ramp

That flow data looks... Very wrong. What kind of mask do you have? Can you provide the whole left panel with details and settings in Oscar

RE: Help on analyzing my OSCAR results
First, your flow limits are way too high.

Do you mind starting over? I assure you we will quickly get you where you need to be.

Mode: Auto, we may end up back on fixed pressure but this let's us see what is going on
Min Pressure=7, 8 is ok but if needed we will suggest increasing it.
Max pressure = 15. Id normally say 20 but I'm sure you don't need that
EPR=3,Fulltime, this is the most important for you as this is what will bestanage your flow limitations.
Ramp:Off if AST all possible.

This is intended to be for 1 night then to readjust.

Charts , like the one in your second post, but also the full night in addition to the zoomed view.

Thanks
