Help please exhausted all the time
Hello 62 yr old male. Cpap user for 2-3 years. Full face f20 open mouth breather I do wear neck brace helps. MyAir gives good results most of time. Press units cmh20, mode auto, max 13 min 5, standard ramp, auto start, 4 epr ramp only level 3 humidity 4. Exercise 4-5 days a week, recent bloodwork good.  Wear mask 8-10 hours night, seem to be sleeping but am I?   Just curious on settings and if anyone else suffers same. God bless. Tom

RE: Help please exhausted all the time
We would be much better able to help you if you downloaded Oscar, our free apnea reporting program that can be used to create terrific charts that show us incredible information about each night's sleep.  You can download and learn more about it in the black ribbon at the top of every page.

From what you have written, it is obvious that your starting pressure is much too low for an adult.  Please raise it to 7 for now.  Also, you don't need ramp anymore, so please turn it off.

Those two changes should help right away, then once we see an Oscar chart we will probably be able to help more.

I'm praying that God helps you achieve great therapy and comfort. Smile

I sure will. My wife is the genius in the family. I'll get the Oscar's when she has time. Sure do appreciate. Enjoy your weekend. Tom

RE: Help please exhausted all the time
The older we get, it seems like we look back and compare how we felt back then, to how we feel today.

Not a good standard of comparison. See your family doctor and get a good complete check-up. CPAP won't cure everything. Get some lab work done and go from there, just to sure all falls within the guidelines for your age.

I turned 70 last October and seeing lots more lab requests then I used to. I have great family doc and he's very proactive.  Smile

Hi Tom!  It's great that you now have Oscar.  However, we need to see the Daily chart, not the Overview.  Post the chart, and we'll be able to help you.  Smile

Welcome to the forum,
Are you on any medication that affects your sleep or breathing?
Do you have any health issues that affect your sleep or breathing?
Can you post a copy of your sleep study with your info redacted?

Are you a side sleeper or do you sleep on your back?

Please exclude the calendar & pie charts.
The statistics and device settings on the left side should be fully visible.
