Help please exhausted all the time

RE: Help please exhausted all the time
1. You can remove your unredacted sleep study attachment clicking on User CP then Manage Attachments under Menu.  What is preferred is the study with personal information blocked over.  Depending on your computer and software you may be able to do this with a drawing function made available when you bring the PFD to screen.  Over draw your demographics then save a copy of the file with a new name to preserve your original then attach it and insert it to a post.

2. Use VIEW at the top left of OSCAR to turn off the calendar and the pie chart.  This will allow more therapy data to be seen on the left side of the report.  Your first OSCAR post is what is wanted but with Pie Chart and Calendar turned off.

3.  Some are of the opinion that EPR can cause CAs.  It does with me.

4.  The original Min. pressure prescribed by a sleep study may not be what is best now.  Many experiment with a bit higher Min. pressure to reduce OAs.
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.

RE: Help please exhausted all the time
This is back from 2017 when I was first diagnosed. I'm sorry to be a bother. After this is all questioned if someone could kindly tell me what to do. I'm only on SS right now. I have tried nasal mask and didn't like it. God bless. Tom

RE: Help please exhausted all the time
The 2017 sleep report was very thorough, but the newer was is incomplete with so little sleep.

You flow limitations are high even though you are using the best tool to deal with it. EPR is set to 3 cm, the maximum.
The next way to deal with flow limitations is to raise the minimum pressure, try 9.cm which is just above your median of 9.14.
You didn't hit 12 cm of pressure at all so make 11.8cm your maximum pressure.
This tighter pressure range may help reduce the annoying CAs.
Flow Limitations are like what the name sounds like restrictions in you airway, not total blockages.
Flow Limitations can cause daytime  drowsiness.
