Help reading data from Oscar

Help reading data from Oscar
Hi
Can anyone help me understand my data please?  I know it’s not much but I’m really struggling to tolerate the machine.
This is the only time I’ve been able to fall asleep using it. I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and the machine is a Airsense 11. I’m not sure when I fell asleep but I woke up at the end feeling like I was choking.
Thank you ?

Welcome to the forum,
How did you feel during the day?

Please post a full night chart also.
Hide the calendar when you do a screen capture, using F12, Fn F12 for a mac.
We need the following charts:
Event Flags
Flow Rate
Leak rate
Flow Limits
Pressure
We need to see the device settings.

RE: Help reading data from Oscar
You have posted 10 minutes of PAP therapy from 13:50 to 14:01 (1:50 pm to 2:01 pm).  Were you awake and trying out the mask and pressure?  Try posting an OSCAR report of a longer sleep session like a whole night's sleep with info on the left AHI and data below it. Events will be the top graph on the right with other graphs below it.

Click Wiki above for instructions on how to use OSCAR and post a report.  What you have in your post does not tell much except for the Flow Rate graph that shows inconsistency in breaths.  The leak Rate looks okay since is below the typical 24 (the red line).

jDoug wrote to press fn f12 to get a screen capture.  That does not work for my MacBook.  I press Shift + Command + 5 and select whole screen then Capture.  A thumbnail of the screen capture goes to the desktop ready for drag and drop but drag and drop will not always work so I save the image to Finder then upload it.
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.

fn F12 on this MacBook Air M2 Sequoia 15.4.1 has no function. Shift command 5 activates screen capture mode.  Maybe a desktop Mac is different.

Is this an issue with Oscar on your MacBook Air M2?

Have the developers been made aware of the issue?

I was asleep for these 10 minutes. It’s as long as I’ve been able to sleep with it on.

I’ll keep trying the machine until I get a proper nights sleep using it and post results.

Thank you Smile

You may want to use the machine while you are reading or watching TV to get acclimated to it.
What is the main issue with not using the machine for a longer period of time?
Is it difficult to exhale?
Do you feel suffocated with the mask on?

Please post a copy of your sleep report with your info redacted.

Good luck

I have no issues with my MacBook and OSCAR.  My reply was to explain that if someone has a MacBook as mine then fn F12 as I keep seeing prescribed will not create a screen capture/shot.  To get a capture it is shift command 5.
