First time poster here, happy to have found this forum!! To summarize, I've been using a CPAP since early November, first going through a DME and CareCentrix and finally ditching them and picking up one of my own to no longer have to deal with them. I can tell a difference in my sleep quality for the most part (I don't feel as tired throughout the day, don't wake up with a headache or sore throat, etc)
I'm posting here because I would like some assistance reviewing my CPAP settings and Sleep graphs to determine if there is any adjustments I need to make? When I wake up in the morning, I usually still feel groggy and tired (a couple times bloated), even with my AHI below 1. I'm not sure if anything needs to be adjusted, but would love to hear what you all think. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out, and hope you all have a great day!
