Help with OSCAR data

Help with OSCAR data
Hi I am wondering if there is anything I can do to stop the pressure from spiking a few times a night.  I've posted screenshots of the last 2 nights.  I don't take any medication.  Thank you for any help.

RE: Help with OSCAR data
Welcome! It'd be good to see your flow limitation graph. Please provide all and only these graphs in your screenshot, along with the left panel:

Events
Flow rate
Pressure
Leaks
Flow limitations

(I would add Snores, but you don't seem to be snoring.)

Thank you relying, I wanted to edit to add but couldn't find it out so I added the attachment to this reply.  Hope this is what you were talking about.

RE: Help with OSCAR data
Thanks! Your pressure goes up in response to your flow limitations. The best way to reduce FLs is to use EPR. Try easing into this by raising your minimum to 9. 4 (your current median pressure) and setting your EPR to 1. See how that goes for a few nights and post another chart so we can take a look.
