Help with Oscar graph please!
Help needed to fine tune my therapy. I have been using cpap since early Oct. last year. My AHI is 6.5 ..and my lowest oxygen desat was 85% I don't feel like I've made a lot of progress I am still tired and groggy most days but hoping with some advice I can get on track and start to feel better. I'm wondering if I need to raise the minimum and maximum pressure. I just turned on EPR to one in the last few days. My leak rate is getting better and my flow limit/rate ? went down after turning on EPR .....any guidance is welcome! THANK YOU

RE: Help with Oscar graph please!
Results look great with AHI less than 1.0. pressure is rising because of flow limitations and if you increase your EPR setting from 1 to 2 or 3 the flow limits will be reduced and it will probably be more comfortable. I don't see a need for other change, but do increase the EPR setting. Your Resmed CPAP is actually a bilevel device and EPR is the key to unlock easier breathing. A few mask leaks or mouth leaks in there, but you're doing very well.

RE: Help with Oscar graph please!
Thank you, I will adjust my EPR to 2 first and see how it goes.. I guess i was second guessing my settings because I was hoping to feel less tired. I do have a deviated septum and was told as long as I can breathe through my nose I should be fine using a nasal pillow. Do you agree with that? I have read conflicting theories on it. Hopefully with time I will feel more awake and energized. Thanks again. Maybe I will put a couple more screenshots up in a few days!
