Help with Resmed 11 settings
I recently got my machine and have been using it for about a week now. I am feeling better in the morning but still not quite sleeping comfortable throughout the night while adjusting to my machine. Any recs for me to adjust the settings? Currently using 4-20 default pressures.
Trying to post link with my sleephq data but system not letting me.

OSCAR, take a screenshot using the instruction in my signature link and attach the image. I'll be glad to suggest changes. The 4-20 range is simply the full range of the Airsense 10 and may or may not include EPR. Most people do better with EPR on and setting 2 or 3. To fully use EPR the minimum pressure must be at least 6 or 7 (4.0 minimum pressure plus EPR setting). I mentioned in another thread I won't look at SleepHQ charts.

Due to there high jinks sleep hq is kind of a cuss word around here ..
Sleeprider is very knowledgeable and gives Great Advice ..
OSCAR is a great program developed by the Volunteer Staff
here at Apnea Board .. It's easy to work with and the price is right (Free) ..
