Help with Settings
Hi all,

I've been on CPAP therapy for about 3 years. Recently however I switched from a Resmed Airmini to a Resmed Airsense 10. I wanted a quieter machine for my partner and the humidity to help with a dry throat.

I've been using the new machine for 3 months and I've really wanted to dial in my CPAP therapy as my clinician hasn't been that helpful. I've also been suffering a dry throat lately and I suspect its caused by my CPAP

I installed OSCAR for the first time tonight and I think I've retrieved my data correctly. Could someone have a look at my results and help me dial it in?

Any help appreciated!

RE: Help with Settings
Welcome

I see a couple of things that should help.  Raise your start pressure to 7.

Turn ramp off.  You don't need it anymore.

Set your EPR full-time to 3.  That will lower your flow limits more, which is always good.

Again, welcome, and best wishes for great therapy and comfort!  Smile
