It would help us to see all your treatment communication together. It would be best if you did not start a new tread.
As for your last result.
It would be best if you reduced EPR=2 to mitigate CAs.
Also, increase the minimum pressure to 8.
You have clustered events indicating positional apnea. Try to resolve it with a thinner pillow and cervical collar.
