I've been using my CPAP for around 9 months now and still getting AHI of mostly around 3. Although I'm falling asleep less during the day, I still feel quite groggy when waking up.
My pressure has been raised to 9.4 and I'm wondering if it should go up or down. When I first started my scores on the myair app were always 90+ but now I struggle to get that consistently
I've used a few different masks, with the under nose ones slightly more comfortable, as I still struggle with leaks.
I've downloaded oscar and imported my data onto it. Would posting my data here help and how would I do this?

You're somewhat limited as your CPAP is an Elite. I'm sure this is single pressure, but there should also be Exhale Pressure Relief (EPR) which will reduce your pressure between 1 - 3 cmH20, giving you a small range.
First I think you need to address the leaking. It's high moderate range is too high to accept. It's likely affecting the accuracy of therapy. It may also be a source of sleep disturbance. I don't know what mask you're using, but it appears to be mouth leaks. Again the leak rate is high enough to require attention.
On settings, you could turn on EPR full time, trying level 1, 2, or 3. This may help comfort and therapy. It's also possible you need higher pressure, but right now focus on fixing leaks. This alone may fix a lot of the inefficient therapy you have.
